When attempting to add items from DDCS and CMRP, it is possible that the application will display an error where the item cannot be added to cart. The most likely root cause is that the adopted title has not been published to the online store. To fix that, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Shopify Admin
- Look for the product in question
- Ensure that the item is available on all Sales Channels
