In order to diagnose a SKU missing issue, do the following steps:
- Go to the Shopify Admin
- See if the SKU exists. Ensure that you add leading 0s just to validate. Example SKU 32920595 could be searched for as 032920595 or 0032920595 or 00032920595. Research up to 6 0s.
- If SKU exists, make sure that it has inventory, pricing and image.
- If all of these are on the product, make sure that the item has a tag called 'has-image'
- If all of the above are visible, please please publish it.
- If SKU does not exist, assign it to Nach at Follett.
