In order to manually send digital credentials, please do the following:

1. Go to Shopify Admin
2. Go to the impacted order, scroll to the bottom, click on View Email

3. Resend email

4. Go to Metafields> View All

5. Go to the appropriate metafield, clean it up via Gemini and resend to the student.
