If a rental item is not showing up in RIM, run the following checks:

1. Does the order contain Rental Collateral? If no, it won't work.
2. Is the Rental item fulfilled? If no, it won't work.
3. If both of the above are true, try to manually submit the order.
4. If all of the above fail, create a P3 JIRA ticket.
