If a Rental Collateral item is not auto-fulfilling, it is possible that the item did not go through the automation or that the automation was delayed.

In order to resolve this, go to the impacted order, go to More Actions > Run Flow Automation > select ‘Collateral Auto Fulfill - X.Y, where X and Y indicate version number. ’
