How to Fix Stuck Orders in MMS

To fix stuck orders in MMS, do the following:

  1. Open Shopify admin for the Store
  2. Go to apps > MMS & Reconnet
  3. Search for the order
  4. If it is in pending status with no ability to generate a payload, copy the fullfilment ID and then click on 'Delete'
  5. Once deleted, search for the fallfilment ID from step # 4 and then press import
  6. Once imported, go back to the MMS app from step 2
  7. Search for the fulfillment ID
  8. Generate MMS payload
  9. Upload
