In order to test financial aid or campus card errors, please request the following from the store:

1. FA # or CC #

Then, when you have that information, do the following:

1. Go to the store front-end (not Shopify admin)
2. Add textbooks to your cart
3. Go to checkout
4. Under the FA / CC section, add the provided account.
5. Click on 'Lookup Account' and validate if everything is working
