If a COESP / digital textbook shows Fulfillment Accepted, but not Fulfilled, do the following:
- Cancel the impacted fulfillment
- Ensure that the fulfillment contains digital delivery fee (if applicable) and the digital textbook
- Request fulfillment again
If this does not work, post to #ext-shopify-coursematerials for the team to review.
