If a promo code is not working on Shopify, please validate the issue first:
- Go to Admin > Discounts > is the promo listed there?
- If NO, then ask the Business / Marketing team at Follett if the promo code is valid for the respective store.
- If YES, then create it via TalonOne
- If NO, then respond back to the ticket indicating that the promo code is not valid.
