Orders Not Flowing to Signifyd

In order to ensure that orders flow to Signifyd, it is essential that every order has an email address. If the order is missing an email address, the following steps are necessary:

  1. Edit the order / customer to include the customer's email address.
  2. Alert the Follett Shopify team to verify store configuration for checkout. image-2026-05-28 at 23.12.31
