Please note that canceling DSV orders is prohibited. The only way to cancel DSV orders is the following:

1. Reach out to the vendor via your follett.com address.
2. Ask them to cancel the DSV order if it has not shipped. Once you have written cancelation, go ahead and cancel the order.
3. Upload the cancelation to the Shopify timeline.
